Grape variety: 100% Muscat grape.
Area: Elqui valley.
Aging: Distilled Pisco is then poured into oak jars, thus beginning the 24 month aging process.
How to drink: As a digestif, alone or on the rocks after lunch or dinner.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Intense gold with elegant orange flashes.
Nose: Soft touches of wood combined with dry fruits, well balanced.
Palate: Good body, soft tannins, dry fruit an hazelnut notes, sweet fruit notes and pleasant evolution, long mouth persistence.
Drinking service: Given its elegant and defined structure, it can be drunk alone or with ice, can also be mixed for cocktails or soft drinks and fruit juice.
Pairings: With desserts with oranges or dry fruits basis chocolates with a high cocoa percentage.
