The result of 2 years of investigation, La República Andina is a very aromatic and perfumed Gin, due to the use of herbs and fresh fruits in long maceration.
On the nose, the entrance is very odorous and enveloping, balanced between juniper and fresh herbs with many notes of fruit and floral.
In the mouth it is subtle and bulky herbaceous and citrus with spicy memories and spicy with clear evolution towards ripe fruit. It has a long, noble and minty fresh finish with hints of cardamom and ginger.
