AGING: 16 months in French oak barrels (68% new, 32% second use).

WINEMAKER NOTES:

• Colour: Intense violet red.

• Aroma: Tremendous complexity and intensity marked by dark fruit. Blackberries and blueberries intermingle with notes of chocolate and tobacco.

• Palate: Starts soft and sweet and then evolves to show volume, breadth, and balance. Bright fruit and freshness linger on the long finish.
